2022 Project Year KA-171 Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Additional Application Results
The results for the KA-171 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training assignments for the year 2022 have been determined fairly and transparently in accordance with the allocated quotas provided to us. The main and reserve lists have been established based on these quotas.
Staff members listed in the main list must inform our office via email (udio-k@gelisim.edu.tr) by May 23,2025., whether they will participate in the mobility.The staff who withdraw from participation without presenting a valid reason after this date will incur a penalty of -15 points on their next applications.
In the event that a person listed in the main list withdraws from participation, the right to participate will be granted to the staff listed in the reserve list.
The staff listed in the reserve list may participate in the mobility without a grant, subject to approval from the rectorate. Those wishing to participate without a grant must submit their petition to our office by May 23,2025.

Mobility cannot be carried out at a university other than the partner universities within the scope of the KA-171 Project.

Orientation Program
An Orientation Program will be organized for the staff who have qualified for Erasmus Mobility. The orientation program will provide detailed information about the mobility process. It is mandatory for all staff listed in the main list and those listed in the reserve list who wish to participate in mobility without a grant to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program. Staff who fail to attend the program without presenting a valid reason will incur a penalty of -5 points on their next Erasmus+ KA-171 mobility applications. Details regarding the Orientation Program will be shared with our personnel at a later date.

Submission of objections to the application results: May 16-20, 2025.
Announcement of the final application results after evaluating objections and making changes, if any: May 21, 2025.
The project end date is July 31, 2025, and the selected staff members must complete their mobilities by this date.
