Within the scope of our project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000164429, applications for Erasmus+ Incoming Student Mobility for Studies at Istanbul Gelisim University will be accepted via email between 08.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 through the address udio-k@gelisim.edu.tr. Students who wish to participate in student mobility must submit the application form and required documents to our office via udio-k@gelisim.edu.tr no later than 22.12.2025. PARTICIPATION WITHOUT GRANT
Student can participate in mobility without the grant upon the approval of the Rectorate and within the quotas of the agreement that we signed with the related university.
SPECIAL NEEDS SUPPORT
Erasmus+ Program encourages the participation of people with special needs in the program. A person with special needs is a potential participant whose personal physical condition, mental state or health condition does not allow them to participate in the project/mobility unless there is additional financial support. To be able to give more grants to students and staff who need special needs support, an additional grant should be requested from the Center by the beneficiary higher education institution. After the participant with special needs support is selected, if the participant has an additional grant request, the approximate additional costs are determined and an additional grant is requested from the Center. Additional grant requests can be made within the contract period, but in any case, up to 60 days before the contract end date. An increase in the grant cannot be requested after the participant's mobility ends.
