The results for the 2023 Project Year Smart Consortium Project Staff Training Mobility (2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000147173) and the 2023 Project Year Small Steps Big Results Project Staff Training Mobility (2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000146917) are provided below.
Staff members listed in the main list must inform our office via email (udio-k@gelisim.edu.tr) by December 27, 2024, whether they will participate in the mobility. Staff members who withdraw without providing a valid reason after this date will receive a 15-point penalty in their future applications. If any main list participants withdraw from the mobility, the right will be granted to the staff members on the reserve list.
Staff members on the reserve list may participate in the mobility without a grant upon the approval of the Rectorate. Those wishing to participate without a grant must submit their petition to our office by December 27, 2024.
Unless a valid reason is provided (such as rejection by the host institution), no changes to the assigned institution will be permitted. Staff members assigned to institutions that have not hosted mobility previously may only change their institution to another that falls into the same category.

Note: When candidates were scored according to the evaluation criteria, there were cases of equal scores, which required the use of additional criteria for ranking. In such cases, the following factors were considered:
Whether the candidate had previously participated in Erasmus Teaching or Training Mobility and, if so, how many times.
Whether the candidate is an administrative staff member.
Whether the candidate selected an institution that has not been visited before.
The candidate’s seniority and foreign language proficiency scores.
The number of participants from faculties/departments, with priority given to those with fewer participants.
Orientation Program
An orientation meeting will be held for the staff members on the main list to provide details about the next steps. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory to ensure the process runs smoothly. The date and details of the orientation meeting will be shared later with the main list participants.
