2023 Project Year KA-171 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Application Results


The results of the 2023 Project Year KA-171 Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility applications have been announced.


The results of the 2023 Project Year KA-171 Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility applications have been announced.

The main and reserve lists for Teaching Mobility under the KA-171 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program, numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000164429, have been determined fairly and transparently in accordance with the quotas allocated to us.

• Personnel on the main list must inform our office (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) by January 31, 2026, whether or not they will participate in the mobility program.
• Personnel who withdraw after this date without providing a compelling reason will have -15 points deducted from their next application.
• If any personnel on the main list withdraw from the mobility program, the opportunity will be given to personnel on the reserve list.
• Personnel on the reserve list may participate in the mobility program without a grant, subject to the approval of the Rectorate.

Mobility cannot be carried out at a university other than the partner universities within the scope of the KA-171 Project.
 
Our staff members who have been accepted for mobility can obtain detailed information about the next stages from the Staff Mobility Guide.

Orientation Program
An Orientation Program will be organized for the staff who have qualified for Erasmus Mobility. The orientation program will provide detailed information about the mobility process. It is mandatory for all staff listed in the main list and those listed in the reserve list who wish to participate in mobility without a grant to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program. Personnel who fail to attend the program without presenting a valid reason will incur a penalty of -5 points on their next Erasmus+ KA-171 mobility applications. Details regarding the Orientation Program will be shared with our personnel at a later date.

Congratulations to our academic staff who have qualified for participation in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility under KA-171.

Objections to application results will be received between: January 20-26, 2026.

The final results will be announced after evaluating objections to the application results and making any changes: January 28, 2026.

The project ends on July 31, 2026, and personnel who are eligible to participate must complete their mobility by this date.
