The staff in the Main List must notify our office via e-mail (udio-k@gelisim.edu.tr)
by 14 November 2025 whether they will participate in the mobility or not. -15 points will be deducted from the next applications of the staff who waived without showing any force majeure after the relevant date. If the staff on the main list refuses to participate in the mobility, the staff on the reserve list will be entitled.
The staff in the reserve list can participate in the mobility without a grant with the approval of the Rectorate. The staff who would like to participate in the mobility without a grant must submit their petition to our office by
14 November 2025 , stating that they would like to participate without a grant.
It has been deemed appropriate that staff members who are granted mobility under more than one application of the same project type participate in the mobility within the scope of only one project. This practice aims to ensure a fair distribution of mobility opportunities, encourage staff who have not previously benefited from mobility to take part in the process, and enhance institutional participation diversity. Since the staff members on the main list will participate in the mobility under the relevant project, it has been decided that the same staff members be removed from the reserve lists of other projects.
Unless there is a force majeure reason (such as the institution's refusal to accept), university changes cannot be made. Staff who are entitled to an institution that the mobility never done should change their institution only to the institution that the mobility never did before.
Our staff who are entitled to mobility can obtain detailed information about the next stages from the
Staff Mobility Guide.
Note: When candidates were scored according to the evaluation criteria, equal scores occurred, necessitating additional criteria for ranking. In such cases, factors such as whether the candidates have previously benefited from Erasmus Teaching or Training Mobility, the number of times they have participated, whether they are administrative staff, whether they are going to an institution abroad that has not been visited before, their seniority, and their foreign language scores were taken into consideration. In addition, based on faculty participation rates, priority was given to faculties/departments with fewer participants.
Orientation Programme
A detailed Orientation Meeting will be held for our staff on the main list regarding the next stages. Participation in the meeting is obligatory to avoid any disruptions in the process. The date and detailed information of the Orientation Meeting will be shared with our staff in the Main list later.
Congratulations to all our staff who are eligible to participate in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility.
