WHO CAN APPLY?

Staff who wish to benefit from Erasmus+ KA-131 Consortium Project Staff Mobility for Training must be personnel who are actually working at our university on a full-time or part-time basis. No permanent position requirement is sought for staff employed at our university; staff who have a contract with our university may benefit from the activity. Staff whose permanent position is at a different institution but who are working at our university on a contractual basis apply for mobility from the institution where they actually work, not the institution where their permanent position is located.

Persons whose positions were converted to “lecturer” positions in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of Law No. 7100 on Amendments to the Higher Education Law and Certain Laws and Decree Laws, published in the Official Gazette No. 30352 dated 06.03.2018, and who cannot be assigned teaching duties, are also considered administrative staff.

QUOTAS

The quota of 3 persons allocated for the 2025 contract period KA-131 AYBU Consortium Project Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training will, in accordance with the Turkish National Agency rule, be evaluated such that academic and administrative staff compete in a single pool without distinction.

GRANTS AND MOBILITY DURATIONS

For the staff mobility guide, which contains detailed information regarding grants and Erasmus+ Staff Mobility, please click here.

Our staff are granted funding for 5 days. However, if you wish, you may participate in the mobility for a total of 2 weeks, with 1 additional week being without a grant.

PARTICIPATION WITHOUT A GRANT

Staff on the reserve list may participate in the mobility without a grant, subject to the approval of the Rectorate and within the quota of the agreement signed by our university with the relevant university.

SPECIAL NEEDS SUPPORT

The Erasmus+ Program encourages the participation of people with special needs in the program. A person with special needs is a potential participant whose personal physical condition, mental condition, or health condition would not allow them to participate in the project/mobility activity unless there is additional financial support. In order for additional grants to be given to students and staff who need special needs support, the beneficiary higher education institution must submit an additional grant request to the Center. After a participant with special needs support is selected, if the participant has an additional grant request, the approximate additional expenses are determined and an additional grant is requested from the Center. The additional grant request may be made within the contract period, but in any case up to 60 days before the contract end date. After the participant has completed the activity, an increase in their grant cannot be requested.
