As the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, we laid the foundations of our collaboration with L’Université Claude Bernard Lyon during the EAIE Fair, Europe’s largest higher education fair, held between 9–12 September 2025. Following the EAIE Fair, where the foundations of this cooperation were established, an Erasmus+ agreement was signed with L’Université Claude Bernard Lyon on 30 October.

Located in Lyon, France, L’Université Claude Bernard Lyon was founded in 1971. Today, it offers education to more than 46,000 students in the fields of Health Sciences, Science and Technology, and Sports Sciences. The university is part of the Université de Lyon network, one of France’s most prestigious higher education institutions. With its strong research capacity, modern laboratories, and vision for internationalization, it holds a distinguished position among European universities.Through this newly established agreement, students and academic staff from the Departments of Business Administration, International Trade and Business, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts will be able to benefit from Erasmus+ mobility opportunities.

With this new partnership, our university continues to strengthen its academic collaborations across Europe and provide students with valuable international experiences. As the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, our goal is to ensure that this agreement marks the beginning of a long-term and fruitful partnership between the two institutions.
