A Visit from the Greenwich University Delegation to Our University


On July 2, 2025, a delegation from one of our partner institutions, Greenwich University, visited our university. The delegation consisted of 15 students and 3 representatives from the International Office. During the meeting with Mr. Mohammad Wasay Abbasi, Director of International Office and Partnerships at Greenwich University, the ongoing collaboration processes within the scope of our existing Erasmus+ agreement were evaluated, and potential areas of future partnership were discussed.

The delegation consisted of 15 students and 3 representatives from the International Office. During the meeting with Mr. Mohammad Wasay Abbasi, Director of International Office and Partnerships at Greenwich University, the ongoing collaboration processes within the scope of our existing Erasmus+ agreement were evaluated, and potential areas of future partnership were discussed.

As part of the visit, a comprehensive presentation was delivered, highlighting our university’s academic programs, research opportunities, internationalization strategies, and existing collaborations. The meeting was attended by our university’s Coordinator of International Exchange and Cooperation, Alisa Usubova; IECO Specialist Emir Çetinberk; and Assistant Specialist Yaren Ergenç. The meeting concluded with an exchange of gifts as a gesture of mutual appreciation.

During the campus tour organized as part of the program, the visiting delegation had the opportunity to explore the social and academic facilities of our university. The participants visited various facilities, including educational and social spaces, and gained detailed insights into the resources and opportunities offered by our institution. This visit represents an important step in maintaining and strengthening the constructive cooperation established between the two institutions.

As the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, we remain committed to enhancing our university’s academic recognition not only across Europe but also across other continents and to expanding our network of international partners with determination.
