Cooperation Between Istanbul Gelisim University and Romania Strengthens!


Istanbul Gelisim University continues to expand its academic collaborations in Europe as part of its internationalization strategy. In this context, new Erasmus+ agreements have been signed with Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești and Universitatea Romano Americana Asociatie in Romania. Both agreements were initiated and facilitated by International Exchange and Cooperation Specialist Ece Nur Yüksel.


Istanbul Gelisim University continues to expand its academic collaborations in Europe as part of its internationalization strategy. In this context, new Erasmus+ agreements have been signed with Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești and Universitatea Romano Americana Asociatie in Romania. Both agreements were initiated and facilitated by International Exchange and Cooperation Specialist Ece Nur Yüksel.

The agreement with Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești covers the faculty of Engineering and the Economics and Finance department. Known for its strong ties to the energy sector and its focus on technical education, this university will provide Istanbul Gelisim University students and faculty with an opportunity to engage in a high-quality international mobility experience in engineering and economic sciences.

In addition, the agreement with Universitatea Romano Americana Asociatie contains the departments of Business Administration, Economics and Finance, and Tourism Guidance. This collaboration will offer students and academic staff in these fields the opportunity to participate in educational and training activities that align with the high standards of higher education in Europe.

Through these new agreements under the Erasmus+ program, Istanbul Gelisim University continues to strengthen its position within the international educational network, providing its academic community with valuable opportunities for cultural exchange and global engagement.
