On October 8, 2025, a five-person delegation from Brawijaya University, one of Indonesia's well-established higher education institutions, visited our university. The delegation included Quality Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratno Bagus.

Established in 1961 and granted state university status in 1963, Brawijaya University provides education to over 60,000 students with its 18 faculties, graduate schools, and vocational schools, covering fields such as economics and finance, computer science, engineering, and health sciences. The university had the opportunity to learn more about our university through a presentation given by Prof. Dr. Anton Abdulbasah Kamil, a faculty member from the Department of Business Administration, at the INCIRESMA 2025 conference.

As part of the visit, the delegation first met with Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Necmettin Maraşlı. During the meeting, both universities were introduced, and ideas were exchanged on potential areas of joint work. The discussion continued by evaluating possible collaborations between mutual departments and concluded with the exchange of gifts.

The delegation later held a meeting with Prof. Dr. Kenan Aydın, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences (FEASS). In this meeting, topics such as opportunities for inter-faculty cooperation, joint research projects, and the organization of conferences were discussed.

Following this meeting, the Brawijaya University delegation was given a tour of our university campus. The tour included our laboratories, facilities, classrooms, libraries, conference halls, and our dental hospital.

This visit has increased our university's recognition in Indonesia while also expanding our international academic cooperation network.
