Under the Erasmus+ program, we have added a new bilateral agreement to our existing ones, thanks to Research Assistant Ceren Iren from the Department of Graphic Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts agreeing with the University of Ioannina.

In October 2023, Research Assistant Ceren İren from the Faculty of Arts visited the University of Ioannina in Greece as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program. She contributed to establishing agreements between the departments of the Faculty of Arts by collaborating with Lecturer Christos Stavrou at the University of Ioannina.

University of Ioannina, which was established in 1964, is the third oldest public university in Greece. Ioannina University provides education to its 33,380 active students in 23 undergraduate departments, including Linguistics, History and Archaeology, Philosophy, Education and Psychology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Fine Arts, Art Science, and so on.

Thanks to this agreement provided by Res. Asst. Ceren İren, undergraduate students, and lecturers from the Faculty of Arts will be able to participate in Erasmus+ Mobility at the University of Ioannina. Each new agreement provided by our university’s lecturers not only increases the choices of our students and lecturers but also enhances the international recognition of our university.
