2024 Contract Period (2024-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000237633) Erasmus+ KA-171 Study Mobility for Studies application results have been announced.
Evaluation Method of the Applications
2024 Contract Period Erasmus+ KA-171 Study Mobility lists were created according to the Erasmus+ General Total Points calculated by taking 50% of the Foreign Language Grade and 50% of the Grade Point Average (GPA) of the students who applied for Erasmus+ Study Mobility.
Evaluations were made by taking into account the selection criteria in the 2024 Contract Period National Agency KA-171 Applied Guidebook. (Click here to access the Selection Criteria.)
Students who are on the Main List should follow the process below:
The students on the Main List are required to notify the International Exchange and Cooperation Office by e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) in a written form whether they will benefit from the program between 04.05.2026 and 06.05.2026
In the case of those who waive their rights among the students on the Main List, they must fill out a Release Form by 04.05.2026 and submit it to the International Exchange and Cooperation Office by hand or via e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr). (Click here for the Release Form.)
Students on the Main list who do not notify whether they will benefit from mobility until 06.05.2026 will be deemed to have waived their rights and -10 points will be deducted from the Erasmus+ total success grade in the next Erasmus+ Mobility applications unless they show a force majeure.
University Placements
Students who are eligible for mobility cannot participate in the mobility if they do not have a course load of 30 ECTS (minimum 20 ECTS in force majeure cases such as being in the last grade). The institution cannot be held responsible if the applications of the candidates who will participate in the mobility are not accepted by the universities they have won, if their quotas are full or if the application dates have passed. In this case, the student will be asked to choose another university that we have an agreement with, otherwise the application will be canceled if no agreement is found or no choice is made.
Students are responsible for checking their e-mails frequently, following all announcements published by the International Exchange and Cooperation Office and keeping in touch with the coordinatorship. Otherwise, the student is responsible for any problems that may occur (for example, not checking his/her e-mail and missing the application date, not reading the announcements and not being informed about any developments, etc.).
Orientation Program
An Orientation Program will be organized for students who are eligible for Erasmus Mobility. A detailed information about the mobility process will be given in the orientation program. It is compulsory for all students who are on the Main List to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program. Students who do not attend the program without a force majeure reason will be deducted -5 points from their next Erasmus application. Details about the Orientation Program will be shared with the students later.
Students who have objections to the application results can send their objection petitions via e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) until 01.05.2026 at 17.30. Appeal petitions sent after the specified date will not be accepted and the petitions must be signed. Positive or negative feedback will be made after the petitions are evaluated.
